Effective date: March 2026

By accessing or using NextScore at nextscore.in, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About NextScore

NextScore is a self-assessment credit intelligence tool. It generates an indicative credit profile based on information you provide. NextScore is not a licensed credit bureau, financial advisor, or lender. The NextScore report is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on NextScore should be construed as financial, legal, or investment advice. Your NextScore report is based on self-reported data and is an educational tool — not a formal credit assessment. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

NextScore relies entirely on information you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of self-reported data. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate results.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

A high NextScore does not guarantee loan approval from any lender. Lenders make independent credit decisions based on their own criteria. NextScore provides indicative intelligence only.

5. Free Service

NextScore is free for individual users. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. The core self-assessment will remain free.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodology, design, and code on nextscore.in is the intellectual property of NextScore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on NextScore reports. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of NextScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
