NextScore ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What Data We Collect

When you complete the NextScore assessment, we collect:

Identity data: Name and city
Contact data: Phone number
Self-reported financial data: Income range, EMI amounts, loan types, employment status, and other financial signals you provide during the assessment
Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, device type (via Google Analytics)

We do not pull your CIBIL report. All financial data is self-reported by you.

2. How We Use Your Data

To generate your NextScore credit intelligence report
To improve our scoring models using anonymized, aggregated data
To share anonymized insights with lending partners (never individual-level data without explicit consent)
To contact you about relevant financial products if you opt in

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with lending partners for product improvement purposes. Individual data is only shared with third parties when you explicitly request a loan referral.

4. Data Storage

Your assessment data is stored securely in Google Sheets with restricted access. Usage analytics are processed by Google Analytics. All data is stored in India or on servers compliant with Indian data protection requirements.

5. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate personal data
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent at any time

6. Cookies
